Freelance General Office Support

at Halogen DJ Company - Melbourne

If successful you will be responsible for all basic office tasks within Halogen DJ Company, including looking after our bookings and hires and liaising with current and potential customers. You will represent the company on a professional level.
Ideal candidate will possess:
- Basic Reading, Writing and Mathematical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – ability to talk on the telephone
- Excellent organization and memory skills
- Must be reliable
- Basic cleaning and maintaining of office & audio equipment (may involve heavy lifting)
- A professional, positive attitude to all aspects of your work
- Ability to manage your time effectively and cope well in a fast paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with current and potential clients and generate sales
- Intermediate computer skills a must
- Experience preferred but not essential
Position is suitable for a part time student – must be available for flexible office hours
