Lighting/Sound Op needed immediately!
at Newtown Theatre - Sydney
Produced by Jacqueline Lucey, directed by Evin Donohoe, this dark, exciting play by contemporary British playwright and storyteller Philip Ridley opens for its Sydney premiere at the Newtown Theatre next week on March 31, and they are looking for a Lighting and Sound Operator. This position is perfect for someone looking to acquire direct experience in theatrical lighting and board operation.
The show runs Tuesday to Saturday at 8pm, from March 30 to April 17. You would need to be available for all shows, as well as for the bump in and tech/plot on Sunday March 28 and Monday March 29. The Fastest Clock in the Universe is an independent profit-share production, and the Operator will receive half of one share of any profits obtained (the standard share for all crew positions). Please contact Jacqueline Lucey (jacqui_lucey@hotmail.com) or Evin Donohoe (evinmd@hotmail.com) if you're keen.
