Male Actor
at subtlenuance - Sydney
Critically acclaimed independent theatre company subtlenuance [www.subtlenuance.com] requires a male actor to play in their upcoming production of an original contemporary one-act drama.
The actor must have a stage age of 25 – 35 and must be willing to explore a character whose journey extends from playful light- heartedness to bewildered despair.
Here’s a bit of a synopsis:
Sam and Kate are happy. With the only the slightest twinge of reluctance, they’ve accepted they’ll live ordinary lives. They’ve fallen in love. They’re engaged. They’re setting up house. And now they’ve committed a murderous crime.
A powerful play about the evil decent people do.
The play is a two hander and actors will be paid a share of the profits.
The play will be produced at TAP Gallery, Darlinghurst, from 12/7/10 to 1/8/10.

Auditions will be held on 29/5/10 at a venue to be announced.
Auditioning actors will present a contemporary monologue of their own choosing [max 3 mins] and will be asked to read from the script.
