DESIGNER WANTED
Position Description
In October 2010 Hunter Region Drama School will present Disney's Alice in Wonderland: The Musical at the Civic Playhouse.
We are seeking an energetic set/costume designer who enjoys a challenge, to work closely with the Director, Production Manager, Set Builders, Costume Sewers and the Cast of young people. During the rehearsal period this creative individual would produce costumes and a set that is simple and bold. In particular we are on the lookout for an intelligent designer, who can:
• work quickly and meet deadlines;
• work within a tight budget;
• think big, with limited resources;
• think quirky and colourful - this is a bright, big new musical;
• help develop a bold, fresh and creative look for this production.
