Casual Crew Opportunities
at Sydney Entertainment Centre (Anywhere)
The Sydney Entertainment Centre is one of Sydney’s best known and well loved institutions in the live entertainment scene. Located in the CBD heartland, the venue averages around 1 million patrons each year.
The Operations Department is currently seeking expressions of interest for upcoming casual crew positions to assist in the set-up and pull down of equipment for the Sydney Kings 2010/2011 Season.
Successful applicants must:
• Be willing and able to work within a team environment.
• Be well presented and physically fit with the ability to demonstrate good manual handling techniques.
• Be able to use hand tools.
• Be able to demonstrate an awareness of occupational health and safety.
• Have the right to work in Australia.
Please note work can involve overnight, weekend and public holiday shifts.
Applicants who possess a forklift licence will be highly regarded.
Shifts are due to commence from mid September to early October.
Employees will be engaged under the terms and conditions of the Live Performance Award, Backstage Operations Crew. Basic weekday rate is $23.88 per hour.
