Stage Manager and Assistant SM needed for Season 2 - Romeo & Juliet
Season 2 General Information
The shows will be touring to schools, followed by an in-theatre season at Studio 1, Northcote Town Hall
Schools Tours: Monday April 27 – Friday May 8
In-theatre season: Tuesday May 12 – Saturday May 23
Rehearsals will begin on March 1 and span over an 8 week period, two nights per week, plus one day on weekends.
The payment is on a profit share basis, but the bookings we have already secured have put us into profit in pre-production, so combined with door sale profits, we are already in a position to secure payments for all performers and production staff.
About the show
Mods and Rockers do battle on the streets of Verona! We are putting the SHAKE! back into Shakespeare with love’s greatest tragedy set amongst the sounds and street styles of Swinging London circa 1966.
We are happy to welcome back Peita Collard (Former Artistic Director of Waxx Studios) as our director for Romeo & Juliet for the second year running.
