The Fairies Casting
at The Fairies - Adelaide
CALLING ALL FAIRIES
Do you want to be a fairy? Or an eccentric Wizard? Or even a prince or princess? The Fairies, one of Australia’s top children’s entertainment companies, is auditioning for cast, to act in The Fairies lastest venture – an 80 minute feature film for international release, including associated stage tours, appearances plus meet & greets over the next 24 months.
Actors and dancers interested, must submit the “audition” form available from the "NEWS" section of www.thefairies.com or by emailing rod@thefairies.com. All relevant experience must be completed (biography of previous work including acting, vocal and dance abilities). Current photographs should also be supplied. Final date for submission is 5pm FRIDAY 3 JUNE.
Cast / characters are required for filming, touring and all of The Fairies appearances and meet & greets for a minimum 2-year period are two lead fairies, Harmony and Rhapsody. Required for filming and touring only is Wizzy the Wizard.
Characters required for filming only are
• Prince Cobalt and Hip Hop (the naughty gnome)
• Princess Glittermist, Twinkle the Tooth Fairy & Bubbles the Beach Fairy
• Plus an additional group of male and female dancers to fill the roles of the Cheerleading Fairies, the Snow Pixies, the Ballet Fairies, the Bootskooting Fairies, the Bee Boyz, the Elves and the Wizards.
