Costume designers
at Flare Dance Company Victoria
Flare Dance Company Inc. is a non-profit dance company based in Hawthorn, Victoria for amateur dancers and choreographers, predominantly in contemporary dance style. Our previous productions showcased a large variety of new dance works and donated our proceeds to charities such as Autism Victoria and Alzheimers Australia.
FDC is currently preparing for our 5th annual production on 6-7 Oct 2012. A portion of the proceeds will go towards a local public school.
We are seeking volunteer costume designers who are keen to gain practical experience and hone their technical skills in relation to costumes design and creation for contemporary dance performances.
Being a volunteer will also give students the opportunity to make a valued contribution to the community, make new friends, learn new skills and share ideas.
